Production Worker - Table Operator

Location: Lewiston,
Pay: $18/HR
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, Optional OT on Fridays | Multiple shifts available:
Day, Swing, Graveyard

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Press Table Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Lewiston,  role focuses on operating molding presses to produce high-quality parts while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a team-driven production environment. It’s a great opportunity for entry-level candidates interested in manufacturing, plastics production, and machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run machines that make plastic parts
  • Watch machines while they are running to make sure everything is working correctly
  • Add materials (like plastic) to keep machines running
  • Remove finished parts and place them in containers
  • Check parts for defects and let a supervisor know if something isn’t right
  • Follow simple step-by-step instructions for each job
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Write down basic production information during your shift
  • Work with your team and communicate any issues or updates

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and able to manage changing production needs

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for the full duration of the shift
  • Lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
  • Strong visual acuity for inspecting small parts and defects
  • Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
