St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center is actively recruiting a CNM (Certified Nurse Midwife) to join our established Women’s Health Clinic. Our nursing staff has 500 years of combined experience among 45 nurses, with no travelers. The hospital is a 145-bed general acute care hospital, and the largest full-service regional medical center between Boise, Idaho, and Spokane, Washington. With a Level III Trauma Center and more than 100 board‑certified physicians and providers in both primary care and specialty disciplines, we deliver advanced‑level specialty healthcare to ensure every patient, and their loved ones have everything they need to feel comforted, every step of their journey.
Aboutthe position:
- ~215 births a year
- Clinic days per week 4-5 - may do 4 10's - 36 patient contact/4 admin hours/week
- Average patients per day: ~15-20
- Call - for your own patients with MD back up
- Nursing team is well‑established and enjoys strong staff retention
- Seasoned staff OB to support new grad/early‑in‑career
- Pediatric service 24h on call
- Level II special care nursery and 24-7 anesthesiology
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program
- CNM certification (AMCB)
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of DEA with full prescriptive authority
- 1+ year CNM experience preferred; new graduates welcome

- Compensation:
Base salary range $125K - $135K DOE + wRVU production incentive; OR pure production - $10K sign‑on bonus
- $3K CME allowance
- $10K relocation allowance
