Nurse Practitioner - Orthopedic Surgery / Physician Assistant - Orthopedic Surgery

Required Skills:

  • Valid state licensure and certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Proven clinical experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal care
  • Strong knowledge of orthopedic procedures, diagnostics, and treatments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented settings
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience in a surgical or hospital-based orthopedic setting
  • Additional specialty certifications such as Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Orthopedics
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
  • Familiarity with advanced orthopedic imaging and intervention techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant orthopedic clinical experience
  • Prior experience supporting surgical teams or post-operative care
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to travel if required for certain clinics or procedures
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
