RN Registered Nurse

Overview

We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses to join our interdisciplinary team and deliver quality nursing care to patients.

As an important member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment, revising care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

• Nursing diploma, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Current, good‑standing RN license in the applicable State.
• One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment.

• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Use reasoning skills and good judgment.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
