The pay scale is based on years of experience, meaning the listed minimum is what is paid for no experience and the maximum is for more than 30 years of experience. If you want to know what your candidate will be offered, please ask.
Sign‑On Bonus$15,000 with a 2‑year commitment, or $20,000 with a 3‑year commitment.
Relocation AssistanceThe amount is negotiable based on relocation distance and comes with a 2‑year work requirement (paid out within 30 days of submission of receipts). If someone receives both sign‑on and relocation assistance, the total commitment would be for 2 years.
Office Hours12‑hour shifts: either 7 am – 7 pm or 7 pm – 7 am.
Shift Differentials (Paid based on majority of hours worked)- Evening Shift (3 pm – 11:30 pm): 8 %
- Night Shift (11:00 pm – 7:30 am): 11 %
- No Weekend Differential.
- Minimum of an associate degree in nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Possess or be eligible to obtain licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Idaho.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) – nice to have.
