Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay $32.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical staff

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members

Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents, families, and coworkers

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to provide compassionate, resident centered care Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment
