Travel LPN Position

Travel LPN position for an 8-week assignment in the Lewiston, Idaho area. Provide night-shift nursing care in long-term care settings while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents during night shifts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient activities and health status.
• Execute clinical procedures such as administering medications and IV therapy following facility protocols.
• Support and educate residents and their families to promote well-being and comfort.

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program or equivalent.
• Valid .
• BLS Certification.
• IV Certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care experience.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience working night shifts preferred.
