Role:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Monitor and report patient condition changes.
- Assign duties and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
- Ensure patient well-being, including physical, mental, and psychosocial health, in compliance with laws and standards.
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN/LVN license in applicable state.
- Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation) and maintained throughout employment.
- Ability to make independent decisions, deliver competent care, and exhibit excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Knowledgeable in delivering quality care, adherence to regulations, and strong interpersonal skills.
