Join us as a Part-Time Clinical Nursing Faculty member, shaping the future of nursing through hands-on clinical instruction in local healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities Include- Mentoring, guiding, and evaluating nursing students during clinical practice
- Supporting student learning by addressing academic or behavioral challenges
- Contributing to curriculum development and program enhancement
- Maintaining professional growth and staying current with clinical best practices
- Participating in university events such as staff meetings and ceremonies
- Unencumbered RN license in Idaho
- Master’s degree in Nursing (or enrolled in an MSN program)
- 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Preferred: 2–3 years of teaching experience
- Strong clinical expertise and mentorship abilities
- Commitment to student success and professional development
- Ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment
- Flexible part-time schedule with 1–2 clinical shifts per week
- Opportunity for tuition reimbursement or reduction up to 50% for MSN pursuit
