PG Long is a family-owned company serving Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Our Idaho branch proudly supports the Treasure Valley with high-quality residential and commercial carpet cleaning, repair, and upholstery cleaning services. We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Carpet Cleaning Technicians.

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Perform or assist with all carpet and upholstery cleaning duties, including job site setup, home preparation, product application, extraction, and cleanup.
• Operate and maintain company equipment, vans, and cleaning supplies.
• Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment—both personally and in company vehicles.

• Professional, reliable, and courteous behavior with clients and coworkers.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to read and understand daily schedules and job notes.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, stoop, bend, carry equipment, and perform repetitive motions.
• Willingness to learn dilution ratios and product usage (training provided).
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and assist customers as needed.
• Must maintain a clean and professional appearance.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (company vehicles are used daily).
• Ability to work independently and stay self-directed.
