Job Summary

As the Store Director, you are accountable for every aspect of your retail store performance. You ensure that the store drives a profitable business while fostering genuine connections with customers that build loyalty and efficient operations. You’ll hire, train, and develop your team to help everyone reach their highest potential and create an inclusive work environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead your team, drive business, and maximize profitability while maintaining a meaningful connection to every aspect of the brand.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through personalized service standards and swift resolution of concerns.
  • Manage store operations, systems, and technology, ensuring accountability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop top talent, building a diverse team that reflects the communities we serve.
  • Partner with the District Manager and management team to cultivate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
  • Ensure the team stays on track to exceed goals and provide best‑in‑class customer service.
  • Provide feedback to the District Manager and relevant partners to influence product assortment and visual merchandising.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of full‑time retail management experience; current Store Director experience is a plus.
  • Passionate support for our brand, customers, and teams.
  • Up‑to‑date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
  • Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
  • Innovative and champion new ideas, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills in uncertain situations.
  • Schedule flexibility required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos); bend, reach, and stretch for product.

Compensation

Salary Range: $82,000.00 – $.

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on geographic location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. The base salary is one component of our competitive total rewards strategy.
