Job Summary

As a Stylist, you are our key brand ambassador, embodying personal style and product passion. Your role is to deliver outstanding customer service that builds loyal customer connections, drives business performance, and increases store profitability.

• Excel in the incentive-based styling program by meeting the required sales per hour (SPH) and KPI goals.
• Act as brand ambassador and product expert, building incremental sales through wardrobing.
• Utilize in-store relationships, customer profiles, and the loyalty program to attract and retain new clients.
• Build meaningful, lasting relationships through authentic, personalized interactions and one-to-one clienteling.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class styling experience while embodying the service expectations outlined in our selling training.
• Know your store’s neighborhood, including events, artists, local influencers, and style‑makers.
• Identify and host appointments and in‑store events through community networking, local marketing, and college outreach.
• Stay informed about competitors, current trends, and the interests of the local community.
• Share product feedback, insights, and ideas with the management team.

• At least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in one-to-one clienteling.
• Ability to thrive in a results‑driven environment.
• Passion for supporting the brand, customers, and teams.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovative mindset and strong problem‑solving skills when navigating uncertainty.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to bend, reach, stretch for product and lift, carry, move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

$17.50 – $22.00, depending on region and experience.
