Retail Merchandiser

Role Overview Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Trains and mentors Associates, maintains store organization, and upholds merchandising and safety standards.

Communicates effectively with management, monitors team productivity, and supports store goals such as shrink reduction and safety initiatives.

Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and organized while fostering a positive environment.

Promotes store programs like credit and loyalty, and participates in training and development efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and respond to unexpected situations
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
• Team-oriented with the ability to train others and work collaboratively
• Attention to detail and adherence to policies and safety standards
• Ability to adapt to changes and maintain a positive attitude
