The Sales Professional is directly responsible for selling new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. The Sales Professional will realize the business is built on customer satisfaction, customer retention and devote him/herself to guaranteeing satisfaction to the customers. A successful candidate for the Sales Professional position will have prior experience in customer service and sales.

Your day may include- Attend daily sales meetings during scheduled days.
- Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefits to customers.
- Report to Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses.
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.
- Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product.
- Attend classes and take certain tests throughout the year to maintain training certification.
- Know and understand equity and values, and be able to explain depreciation to the customer.
- Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

A Few Things to KnowThis position involves standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs., and driving vehicles throughout the day. Evenings, some holidays and weekend work hours are required. Applicants must pass a background check and drug screening.
