Rogers Motors in Lewiston Idaho has full‑time openings for Sales Professionals across our Toyota, Subaru, and Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealerships. As a Sales Professional, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience. Success in this role comes from building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing knowledgeable guidance throughout the sales process. Automotive sales experience is not required. If you have a background in customer service or sales and a desire to learn, we’ll provide the training and mentorship you need to succeed.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Participating in daily sales meetings and training sessions.
• Staying informed about new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Working with Sales Managers to achieve individual and team goals.
• Understanding vehicle values, financing concepts, and trade‑in processes.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Meeting a minimum quota according to dealership standards.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

This position involves standing, walking, lifting up to 30 lbs, and driving vehicles throughout the day. Evenings, some holidays, and weekend work hours are required. Applicants must pass a background check and drug screening.
