Position Overview

The Sales Manager leads teams that sell transformative programs—business consulting, real estate investment, mergers & acquisitions, and more—driving growth for our clients and exceeding their return‑on‑ad‑spend targets.

Major

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Evaluate lead flow ratios and rep capacity daily.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead‑flow initiatives to ensure profitable ROAS.
  • Track and monitor sales reps’ pipelines to enforce best practices.
  • Manage CRM to identify and prevent missed opportunities.
  • Run all daily sales syncs.
  • Create sales training for the Sales Training Center (STC).
  • Enforce adherence to SOPs.
  • Review and analyze call recordings, creating call‑review materials.
  • Help strategize deals with reps to increase sales.
  • Maintain projections and manage sales quotas.
  • Track and evaluate rep performance for data‑driven decisions.
  • Exemplify core values and highlight repos.
  • Review end‑of‑day reports.
  • Attend account status meetings.
  • Study account offers and product knowledge (STC resident expert).
  • Communicate staffing needs based on capacity and performance.
  • Assist CSO and recruiting in interviewing and hiring new reps.
  • Onboard, train, and ramp new reps.
  • Identify sales‑enablement assets and process improvements.
  • Work with integrators on data, reporting, and CRM accuracy.
  • Communicate all tech‑related tasks to the integrator.
  • Take complete revenue ownership.

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $100,000–$175,000 per year

Monday to Friday
