Business Development & Sales Growth

• o Identify and develop new business opportunities for Mechanical Face Seals (MFS) and
  Radial Oil Seals (ROS) across target industries:
• o Identify opportunities for MFS/RSS account growth and upselling, working collaboratively
  with clients to introduce new products or services that align with their business
  objectives.
• o Generate and qualify sales leads through market mapping, OEM engagement, and
  distributor networks.
• o Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• o Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.

• o Build relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and major industrial customers.
• o Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.
• o Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and supply agreements.
• o Ensure long-term customer retention and account growth.

• o Understand customer application requirements and recommend suitable sealing solutions.
• o Coordinate with Application engineering and product teams for:
• o Product selection,
• o Custom seal design,
• o Application validation
• o Failure analysis
• o Present technical product capabilities and advantages to customers.

• o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• o Identify emerging opportunities in new sectors and geographic regions.
• o Analyze customer requirements, pricing trends, and competitor product offerings.

• o Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) inputs for product improvement and innovation.
• o Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams on new product introductions.
• o Support product testing and validation programs with customers.

• o Address customer concerns relating to:
