** Your Impactful Role:
** As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, performing inspections, and addressing any issues that arise. Your work will directly contribute to the comfort and safety of our clients, making this a meaningful and rewarding position.

* Key Responsibilities:
** - Maintain lighting systems, perform minor plumbing repairs, and assist with general interior maintenance.
- Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, and tenant service requests.
- Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client occupancy.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

* What We're Looking For:
** - 3+ years of experience in building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical work.
- Valid state driver's license and ability to drive long distances.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
