We are seeking a reliable and skilled

Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of residential maintenance, repair, and home improvement projects throughout the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley and surrounding communities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and helping homeowners maintain safe, functional, and attractive living spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, residential repairs, painting, basic carpentry, and property maintenance.

• Complete basic home repairs and maintenance tasks
• Perform interior and exterior painting and touch-up work
• Repair or replace doors, locks, blinds, and fixtures
• Patch drywall and complete minor carpentry projects
• Install shelving, hardware, and other household items
• Troubleshoot and resolve common maintenance issues
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and supervisors

• Experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or residential repairs preferred
• Basic knowledge of painting, carpentry, and repair techniques
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and professional attitude

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, and reaching
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
