Agronomy Dispatcher

A multi-location Agriculture company is seeking a Dispatcher. This position is pivotal for the success of the operation to manage drivers' schedules and company accounts.

Dispatcher Responsibilities

• Main source of communication with drivers and customers regarding product orders and load details
• Responsible for route mapping and dispatch software
• Effective management of records for vehicles, trailers, and equipment
• Enforce company policies and safety training
• All other duties and projects as assigned

Dispatcher Requirements

• Ag related experience
• 2 years dispatching experience or a background in transporting goods in DOT regulated vehicles
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer skills
• DOT Rules and Regulations Knowledge
