Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL school graduates, for 100% no-touch dedicated dry van runs in the Pacific Northwest. Routes operate from Sumner, WA, and offer competitive pay and benefits.
Compensation & Benefits- $1,400–$1,800 per week
- $0.52–$0.62 per mile (based on experience)
- $15 per stop
- Monthly safety bonus
- Trainee pay: $900/week for 4–6 weeks with trainer
- Medical, dental, 401(k) and paid time off effective after 30 days
- 100% no-touch freight with 53' dry van trailers
- Regional lanes:
Sumner east and south with return to Sumner, WA (Pacific Northwest) - Mostly night driving
- Solo or team positions available
- Typical miles: 2,000–3,000 per week
- Weekly home time (not on weekends)
- Orientation in Sumner, WA
- New drivers must run 4–6 weeks OTR/regional with trainer before starting the account
- Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction
- Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past 5 years
- No DUI convictions within the past 5 years
- No involuntary termination from most recent employment
- Demonstrated stable work history (generally no major gaps over the past 10 years); at least 6 months of verifiable work in the last year and at least 1 year within the last 3 years
- Must pass pre-Employment urine and hair drug screens
- Position emphasizes predictable regional schedules and training for new drivers
- All candidates are evaluated according to applicable safety and hiring standards
