Responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations to ensure efficient material receiving, storage, inventory control, and material issuance activities.
The role supports project operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, material availability, and compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and inventory management requirements.
Job Responsibilities- Monitor and control warehouse operations including receiving, storage, preservation, and issuance of materials.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and periodic stocktaking activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions in ERP systems.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure proper material identification, handling, preservation, and storage practices.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and end users to ensure timely material availability.
- Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports, including stock movement and inventory discrepancies.
Implement warehouse procedures, SOPs, and inventory control standards. - Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), ISO, company policies, and applicable regulations.
Bachelor's Degree
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience- Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehouse, Inventory Control, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and inventory control principles.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, Avantis, or similar.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
- Experience in mining, EPC, construction, or heavy industry environments will be an advantage.
- Willing to work at project sites and remote locations as required.
- If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 5.
