SUMMARY:

Responsible for supporting the administration of the Lewiston Lead Program (LLP) by managing the application intake process, reviewing and documenting applicant and property eligibility, conducting site visits, coordinating schedules with program staff and external partners, and maintaining accurate and confidential program records. Performs data entry and file management, assists with program outreach and promotion, and provides general administrative and program support to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of program services.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Must have high school diploma, or equivalent; AA or BA from college or university, related field experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Social Services or caseworker experience desired. Need to be a self-starter, highly organized, and have a valid State of Maine driver's license and reliable means of transportation. Must possess, or have the ability to become, a Notary Public.
