Jocko Fuel, LLC- Demand Planner

About The Role

We're looking for a Demand Planner with CPG experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate demand forecasts across our product lines—from energy drinks to supplements—and channels (DTC, Amazon, and Retail) to ensure we meet customer demand while staying true to our operational discipline.

This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role where your insights will directly impact production, inventory, and sales performance. You’ll work cross‑functionally with our sales, operations, marketing, and finance teams to keep Jocko Fuel ahead of the curve—never behind demand.

• Develop and maintain short‑ and long‑term demand forecasts using sales data, market insights, and promotional activity.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to align forecasts with promotions, product launches, and seasonal trends.
• Measure forecast accuracy (MAPE, bias, etc.) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process to ensure product availability across all channels—DTC, retail, Amazon, and distribution partners.
• Monitor inventory health and collaborate with supply planning to minimize out‑of‑stocks and excess inventory.
• Provide visibility to upcoming risks and opportunities to key stakeholders.

• Communicate demand trends and insights to leadership and functional teams.
• Partner with the finance team on revenue projections and budget planning.
• Work closely with manufacturing and logistics to ensure production schedules align with forecasted demand.

• Maintain data integrity in ERP and planning systems (Net Suite or equivalent).
• Build and enhance forecast reporting dashboards using Excel or BI tools.
• Contribute to improving forecasting tools, models, and processes.

• Experience:
  
  3½ years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, ideally in Fast Moving Consumer Goods or beverage/nutrition industries.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, economics, or related field.
• Skills &
  
  Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
  • Proficiency with ERP and Planning System implementation.
  • Advanced Excel, Sigma, and data visualization/reporting experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive, disciplined, and ownership‑driven work ethic—consistent with Jocko Fuel's culture.

• Strong knowledge of Grocery/Retail.
• Experience in a fast‑growing CPG brand or omnichannel environment.
• Familiarity with beverage production cycles and co‑manufacturing.
• APICS/IBF certification (CPIM, CPF) a plus.
• Knowledge of promotional planning and new product forecasting.
