As a Sr. Customer Service Representative, you have the opportunity to serve as the first point of contact for our valuable customers and have an immediate impact on exceeding their banking needs and experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with transactions and banking needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customers’ financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Work independently while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Robust attention to detail
• Desire to develop relationships with customers and individuals in the community in which you work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Banking experience

Location:

• This position is on-site, located in Wilton, ME.
