Ed Tech II Or Ed Tech III
Minimum of 60 college credits and active DOE Ed Tech Certification (or eligible to receive certification) required.
Minimum starting rate of pay for DOE certified Ed Tech with related degree: $21.38 ($20.56 with unrelated degree-course work).
Earn $19.91-$22.00 per hour plus receive the following additional earnings:
- Annual Performance Merit Bonus
- Annual Cost of Living Increase
- Generous Tuition Assistance
- Classroom staff also receive the Maine Supplemental Wage:
- Tier Level
- Maine Roads to Quality Registry Levels
- Monthly Supplement Amount - 1 - Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 - $240
- 2 - Level 5, Level 6 - $360
- 3 - Level 7, Level 8 - $540
Education requirements:
Qualified applicants will be certified as Ed Tech II or III through the Maine Department of Education (DOE). Otherwise, you may be hired as a Teacher Assistant.
Fully benefitted with medical insurance (80% paid by agency), dental insurance, life and disability insurance paid by agency, paid time off, paid holidays, and 403(b) retirement plan with agency contribution.
