  • Collaboration & Communication:
Partner closely with classroom teachers to align intervention instruction with Tier 1 core curriculum in literacy and mathematics. Consult regularly with classroom teachers to ensure intervention goals are reinforced within the general education setting. Communicate proactively and consistently with families regarding student progress, intervention strategies, and ways to support learning at home.

Professional Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate, thorough records for each student served, including assessment data, intervention logs, and progress notes. Participate in ongoing professional development aligned with evidence-based intervention practices in literacy and mathematics. Stay current with research and best practices in intervention, MTSS, and culturally responsive instruction.
