SUMMARY:

• Support residential mortgage servicing payoff department

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Providing payoff statements
• Monetary processing of payoff transactions
• Closing accounts
• Mailing letters
• Notating accounts
• Completing research of and responding to requests for further information related to payoff processing
