- Provide direct patient care through comprehensive audiological evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning in a brand new audiology clinic
- Fit, program, and manage hearing aids and assistive listening devices, ensuring strong clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Serve as the clinical and operational lead for audiology services, balancing hands-on care with practice growth and development
- Lead the expansion of audiology services, including patient access, referral development, and service line growth
- Establish and refine clinical workflows, standards, and best practices to support a high-quality, scalable outpatient practice
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams across Andwell’s medical group and community-based services
- Mentor and support audiology staff and learners through clinical guidance, coaching, and role modeling
- Monitor clinical quality, patient experience, and operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
- Ensure audiology equipment, technology, and related software are current, compliant, and fully operational
- Build strong relationships with patients, families, referral partners, and community stakeholders to strengthen the practice’s presence in the community
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.
D.) - Current Audiology License in the State of Maine
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience running or co-managing a private audiology practice or five (5) years of progressive clinical audiology experience
- Demonstrated interest or experience in practice growth, program development, and service expansion
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to balance patient care, leadership, and business-minded decision-making
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
