Overview

The Social Worker / Therapist provides comprehensive assessments, evidence-based addiction and mental health treatment, and individualized aftercare planning for residents in a residential setting.

• Conducts assessments, treatment planning, and delivers high-quality clinical care for an assigned caseload.
• Leads therapy groups weekly, utilizing evidence-based methods to foster engagement.
• Develops and manages personalized treatment and aftercare plans, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
• Acts as a clinical resource, participates in supervision, and promotes professional development.
• Maintains thorough documentation, upholds confidentiality, and represents the facility professionally.
• Works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and engages with residents, families, and referral sources.
• Provides on-call coverage as needed and adheres to professional standards.

• Requires a master’s-level license (e.g., LCSW, LCPC) with experience in addiction treatment
• Active Maine licensure
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Full-time, salaried position with benefits, working primarily Tuesday–Thursday, within a residential environment.
