Patient Services Representative - Family Medicine Residency

Prime Healthcare -  - Responsibilities:
Perform diversified coordination and participation in daily clinic preparation, patient identification, patient check in/out, charge posting, cash management and patient appointment scheduling;
Provide customer service, message distribution, and ancillary scheduling and referrals management;
Ensure accurate and complete patient accounts based on organization standards, policies and procedures, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance;
Handle pre-registration and registration functions under guidance from Practice Manager;
Support Family Medicine Residency team with day-to-day operational tasks
