Sign‑On Bonus

$5,000 sign‑on bonus (initial $5,000, $2,500 paid after 3 months of full‑time employment, $1,250 paid after 6 months).

Spurwink Services is seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist for its Lewiston Day Treatment Program. The role offers exposure to screening, evaluation, treatment, and consultation for youth (ages 5‑20) with behavioral, emotional, and developmental disabilities.

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and dysphagia within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Provide consultation, direct instruction, and modeling both in and out of the classroom to develop a total language/communication environment.
• Provide in‑service education and/or consultation to clinical and educational personnel concerning communication intervention strategies.
• Supervise assigned speech‑pathology interns and assistants when applicable.

Master's degree in Communication Disorders and Maine State license in Speech‑Language Pathology required.
