Prévia recherche pour son client un Assistant Technique h/f en CDI, basé à Angers. Vous intégrerez le service après-vente et assurerez un support technique à distance auprès de professionnels, en open space, avec échange avec les SAV et les techniciens hotline.
Vous diagnostiquerez les pannes, réaliserez les dossiers SAV et conseillerez les clients avant et après-vente. Poste sédentaire du lundi au vendredi, 35h/semaine, rémunération à partir de 13 EUR brut/heure.
