Job Overview

As Daily Living Support (DLS), you will provide care to adult clients. MHRT1s provide supervision and therapeutic support to people struggling with severe and persistent mental illness, helping them achieve the highest level of independence possible. This role requires a patient, trusting, communicative, and innovative person.

Job Details
  • Providing individualized support within the clients’ personal home and surrounding community.
  • Safely transporting the client within your own personal, reliable vehicle.
  • Basic understanding of smartphone applications, email communication, and processing electronic documents such as daily session notes. Training is available.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Clean driving record and background check.
  • Active motor vehicle insurance and registration.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
