Living Innovations seeks compassionate and dedicated individuals to serve as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). The role empowers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to lead rich, fulfilling lives within their homes and communities. Full training is provided. Living Innovations does not operate group homes and does not have overnight shifts.

• Provide daily living assistance with tasks such as dressing, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community outings.
• Encourage participation in social activities and hobbies.
• Help individuals develop life skills and achieve their goals.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and registration
• Reliable vehicle and access to it
• Ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
• Must be able to provide two professional references
