Living Innovations is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to oversee and lead our community support programs for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of community-based services and the direct supervision, mentorship, and development of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who help the individuals we serve live fulfilling, independent lives in their local communities.
Responsibilities- Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of DSPs, supporting their professional growth and daily performance.
- Oversee community support program operations to ensure individuals are actively engaged and safe in community settings.
- Collaborate with individuals with IDD, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized support plans (ISPs).
- Conduct regular field visits to observe community interactions, monitor service delivery, and support DSPs on-site.
- Advocate for individuals' needs, building partnerships and connecting them with vibrant local community resources.
- Manage DSP scheduling, performance evaluations, and team meetings to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain accurate program documentation and ensure full compliance with state and company regulatory guidelines.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Prior experience as a supervisor/manager in a healthcare setting (Preferred)
- One year of experience working with the IDD population or in a similar social service or healthcare setting (Required)
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
