Emergency Room registered nurse position in a hospital setting. This role involves delivering comprehensive emergency care within a busy ED environment, assessing patients, administering treatments, and providing patient education. The RN is an integral part of the patient care team, ensuring quality care through the nursing process.

  Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Valid RN license (candidates with licensure hits will not be considered), BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications, 1+ year previous experience in an emergency department setting, at least 2 years of overall nursing experience, experience in critical care nursing for at least 1 year, willingness and ability to work charge nurse and preceptor roles if needed, must reside outside of a 50 mile radius of the facility

  Candidates with hits/actions on license/background will not be accepted. Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid. The healthcare organization reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract.
