In this in-office Talent Acquisition Manager role in Lewiston, ME, you will lead talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives designed to support organizational growth, workforce stability, and a strong employee experience.
Role OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Manager leads Andwell's recruitment strategy and workforce marketing efforts while managing recruitment analytics and the recruitment team. The position also supports employee engagement, retention, onboarding follow-up, and recognition initiatives to help attract and retain top healthcare talent.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage recruitment operations and company-wide talent acquisition strategies
- Coach and develop a recruitment team with focus on hiring outcomes, candidate experience, and accountability
- Create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles
- Track and evaluate recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, turnover, sourcing effectiveness, and workforce trends
- Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and staffing initiatives
- Support employee engagement, retention, onboarding follow-up, and recognition initiatives
- Build partnerships with colleges, workforce organizations, and community groups to strengthen recruitment pipelines
- Oversee recruitment marketing activities, including job advertising, career fairs, and outreach events
- Ensure recruitment practices align with employment laws, hiring standards, and organizational policies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience required, including at least 2 years in healthcare recruitment
- Prior leadership or management experience required
- Experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, workforce analytics, and sourcing strategies
- Applicant tracking system experience; PAYCOM experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Salary range: $36.24-$52.37 salary (listed as USD 36-52 per hourly).
Schedule/Status: Full-time.
Work setting: In-Office.
