Job OverviewWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment and create a positive, engaging candidate experience. This position will recruit for CNA, PSS, DSP, BHP, TCM, and administrative positions.
Salary$50,731-$71,011 Annually
What You’ll Do- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
- Build candidate relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, community events, and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate activity in the ATS.
- Complete pre-employment requirements, including references and background checks.
- Coordinate internal transfers, offers, and new employee orientation.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and meet established recruitment metrics.
- 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment and candidate selection.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws related to hiring and recruitment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively.
- Healthcare recruiting experience and an associate degree or HR/recruiting certification are preferred.

Work EnvironmentPrimarily office-based, with travel to other Andwell locations as needed. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform occasional standing, walking, stairs, kneeling, and squatting required.
