We're seeking a passionate and relationship-driven Regional Physician Recruiter to join our team on-site in Lewiston, Maine. In this role, you'll play a critical part in strengthening access to care by recruiting exceptional physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who will serve our communities for years to come.

What You'll Do- Lead full-cycle physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) recruitment across multiple specialties.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top clinical talent.
- Build strong relationships with department leaders, medical staff, and operational teams to understand workforce needs.
- Source, engage, and cultivate candidates through networking, conferences, residency programs, and professional organizations.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, site visits, and onboarding activities to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage physician recruitment contracts, offer negotiations, and recruitment tracking.
- Represent Central Maine Health Care at recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences.
- Partner with leadership to strengthen physician workforce planning and recruitment initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in physician and/or Advanced Practice Provider recruitment.
- Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes within healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Ability to travel occasionally for recruitment events and conferences.

This role is based on-site in Lewiston, Maine, where you'll collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, clinical leaders, and executive leadership to support the continued growth of Central Maine Health Care.

Central Maine Healthcare Corporation offers competitive compensation, and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $72,800.00 to $ on an annual basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
