Ecommerce Specialist

Pro Search is hiring an eCommerce Specialist to work a hybrid schedule for a long‑term temporary position in Lewiston, Maine. The eCommerce Specialist supports day‑to‑day operations by assisting sales partners, maintaining website content, and executing basic marketing initiatives to support online business objectives. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to translate partner needs into practical solutions.

• Provide day‑to‑day eCommerce support to internal teams and sales partners, assisting with basic online sales operations and website updates
• Maintain and update websites and popup stores, including routine content changes for sales partner websites
• Update and publish website content using HTML, including product pages, footer content, blog posts, and simple page edits
• Help monitor and resolve routine eCommerce and website issues, ensuring requests are completed accurately and on time
• Manage and update web content, including product listings, product descriptions, images, pricing updates, and customer reviews
• Support eCommerce marketing and digital marketing activities by maintaining the marketing calendar, assisting with email marketing campaigns, and creating coupon codes and source codes
• Assist thee Commerce Manager with additional website management and digital marketing tasks as needed

• General knowledge of eCommerce or website development (equivalent to two years of college)
• HTML experience required for website content updates
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to connect user questions to root cause and recommend next steps
• Able to communicate technical concepts in a clear, partner‑friendly way
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs

• 1 year of experience in eCommerce, interactive marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of customer support or sales experience is a plus.
• Interest in helping users succeed with software and technology.
