• Perform building maintenance and repair.
• Maintain the overall physical appearance of the plant.
• Assist Engineering personnel as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, harassment, safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.).
• Execute other duties deemed by management integral to the job, including adherence to work schedules, attendance policies, and operating rules.

• Operate hand and power tools, engines, and other equipment.
• Stand, stoop, squat, bend, reach, and hold for extended periods while performing duties.
• Pick up, hold and move building and maintenance items weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Enter, drive and exit vehicle(s) used by Engineering Department.

Three to five years in building trade. Thoroughly familiar with all aspects of building maintenance (those areas not maintained by Engineering Department Personnel).

High school diploma or equivalency and vocational/technical training in areas such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, wiring, floor covering, etc., or equivalent on-the-job training and experience.
