$70,000-$95,000 annually + Performance-Based Bonus

Johnstone Supply The Balsan Group is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our wholesale distribution locations. This is more than an operations role—you'll have the opportunity to own the success of your branch, develop your people, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable growth.

As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and success of your location, including:

• Lead & Develop:
  Coach, motivate, and hold your team accountable to high standards.
• Drive Sales:
  Develop new business, strengthen existing customer relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Own the Numbers:
  Monitor sales, profitability, expenses, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
• Deliver Great Customer Service:
  Build a customer-first culture and ensure our customers receive the service they expect.
• Build a Winning Team:
  Recruit, train, develop, and retain top talent.
• Create Accountability:
  Set clear expectations and follow through on performance.
• Manage Operations:
  Ensure the branch operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
• Partner Across the Business:
  Work closely with sales, warehouse, purchasing, and leadership teams to achieve company goals.
• Lead by Example:
  Be visible, engaged, and hands-on with your team and customers.

We're looking for someone who can lead from the front and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

You bring:

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in wholesale distribution, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, industrial, or a related industry
• Strong sales and business-development skills
• Experience managing and developing employees
• A track record of achieving goals and improving performance
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to make decisions, prioritize, and hold others accountable
• A customer-first mindset and strong business acumen

Even better if you have:

• Wholesale distribution experience
• HVAC/plumbing industry knowledge
• Experience managing a sales and warehouse team
• Experience managing a P&L or branch-level financial performance
