1820 Spirits/Boston Brands of Maine located in Lewiston, Maine is a division of Sazerac Manufacturing. 1820 Spirits is a producer of distilled spirits and efficiently produces the highest quality product with a highly engaged and talented workforce. The company operates a state‑of‑the‑art facility on ten acres in Lewiston, Maine. With the capacity of six bottling lines the company looks forward to continuing a track record of success.

Job Description /Responsibilities

The Bottling Clerk reconciles daily production, enters bottling in ERP and is cross trained to handle bulk processing entry. Maintains all bottling database (KPI and work orders) information and creates daily, weekly and monthly reports. Responsible for maintaining inventory of operating supplies and remnant room (cycle counting, ordering, system data entry). Supports bottling department by maintaining the design and formatting of case codes labels.

Qualifications/Requirements

MUST

  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to project a professional image
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • 1-3 relevant experience (minimum)

PREFERRED

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 Experience in manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS)
