Hours: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM

As a Production Associate, you'll support foundry and production operations in a hands-on, industrial setting. You'll work closely with team members to assist with coremaking, mold preparation, and general production tasks, contributing to smooth and efficient operations.

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
• Assisting molders and production staff with daily foundry activities
• Building, preparing, and finishing sand cores and molds
• Sanding, grinding, painting, and finishing cast components
• Using wire benders and heavy-duty wire cutters
• Supporting material handling and inventory organization
• Assisting throughout the foundry as production needs require
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Comfort working in a hot, dusty, industrial environment
• Strong attendance and dependable work ethic
• Manufacturing, construction, production, or general labor experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Steel toe boots are required
