Machine Operator

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Machine Operator to operate CNC grinding equipment and manual lathes in a production environment. This position is responsible for producing quality parts to specification, sharpening drills, and maintaining a safe and organized work area.

• Operate CNC grinding machines to manufacture and finish precision components.
• Set up, load, and monitor machines during production runs.
• Operate manual lathes for machining and finishing operations.
• Perform drill sharpening and tool maintenance as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Maintain quality standards and document production information as required.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean and operational.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with other production tasks as assigned.

• Willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands and arms for machine operation and material handling.

Wage: $20-$25 DOE
