Multishift Manufacturing Operator

Positions Available

• Pressing & Finishing Operator – 2nd, 3rd Shift and weekend day shift
• Powder & Ingot Specialist – 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift and weekend day shift
• Refractory Inspector – 2nd shift

Starting Wage: $20.50 - $25.00, plus

• 10% shift differential for 2nd shift
• 20% shift differential for 3rd shift

Perfect Attendance Bonus = $250.00 per month

Quarterly Production Bonus = 0% - 9% based on company performance.

• Set up, maintain and operate equipment.
• Inspect parts as required.
• Verify starting material and supplies are dimensionally correct.
• Log all transactions into the computer.
• Deburr material.
• Prepare material for subsequent processing.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.

• Eligible to work in the U.S. and meet ITAR Requirements.
• Must be able to pass a general skills exam.
• Proficient in computer work and the ability to be a self‑starter.
• Previous manufacturing/production factory experience ideal but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds or greater.
• Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time, up to the entire shift.
• Be able to tolerate typical manufacturing environment, including noise, dust and/or heat.
• Able to read and write in English is a must.
