Job Title:

Manufacturing Associate Pay: $17 - $19 per hour

Hours:

1st Shift, 6 a.m.

- 4 p.m., Monday
- Thursday, and 6 a.m.

- 2 p.m. on Fridays 2nd Shift, 4 p.m.

- 2 a.m., Monday
- Thursday, and 2 p.m.

- 10 p.m. on Fridays (Overtime is Mandatory, may include Saturdays; Sundays are Voluntary with Double Time pay)

ASAP Looking for a reliable and dedicated team player? Join us as a Manufacturing Associate and make an impact every day. As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll support daily production operations in a busy, team-oriented environment. You'll work closely with your team to ensure production goals are met while maintaining high safety standards and quality. What You'll Do:
Operate machinery and follow standard manufacturing processes to ensure smooth production flow. Assist with loading and unloading materials along the production line. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE, including steel-toed shoes. Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets. Adapt to changing priorities and participate in cross-training opportunities to expand your skills.

What You'll Bring: A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor is a plus but not required. Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team, and pay attention to detail. A positive, dependable, and flexible attitude. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Steel-toed shoes (required from day one).

This position is based in Lewiston, ME. Full-time schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week, plus occasional Fridays; some weeks may require five 10-hour days depending on workload.
