Responsibilities
- Contingency Staffing has a great opportunity with a manufacturing client in the northeast. The Production Engineer position is responsible for the technical support of the mill.
- Process improvement projects.
- Support the mill's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) management system as required.
- Review production, quality data, analyzed production and operations issues.
- Responsibilities include implementing manufacturing processes, troubleshooting process, equipment issues, data collection and analysis.
- Manage trails, identify process improvements.
- Assist key personnel in outage planning and operational scheduling.
- Analyze weekly and monthly process trends.
- Responsible for weekend coverage on a rotation basis.
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or paper science.
- 1 to 3 years experience in the paper manufacturing industry.
- Ability to problem solve.
Compensation is a base annual salary range of $80,000 to $85,000with annual bonus opportunity. Relocation assistance offered. Open to U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents.
