Job Description & How to Apply Below

Make uptime your mission

Imagine this:
It's 5:45pm and your 2-2-3 night shift begins. A sensor on the bottling line flags an anomaly. You trace it to a loose connector, verify the PLC input (Allen-Bradley preferred), secure the wiring, and the filler hums back to spec. That blend of speed, safety, and craftsmanship is what defines success in this role.

Your impact
  • Keep production assets, bottling lines, facility systems, and grounds operating through disciplined preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, execute quality repairs, and brief maintenance leadership on equipment status and risk.
  • Advance continuous improvement, uphold safety and compliance standards, and maintain a clean, well-organized environment.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with production and support teams to cut downtime and raise operational performance.
When you'll work

2-2-3 Work Schedule | 5:45pm - 6am

What you bring

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of maintenance, manufacturing, or relevant industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred

  • Technical school training, apprenticeship, or an associate degree.
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment troubleshooting, electrical systems, PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), industrial controls, or welding.
  • Forklift or scissor lift operation experience.
Physical capability
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work around moving equipment; climb ladders and stairs; safely operate industrial machinery.
Rewards

Hourly pay range: $30.14 - $45.22.
